This is interesting.  I assume you are a Spectrum employee?  Are you in a legacy Charter or legacy TWC Market?  What's the make and model of your DVR?  What guide do you have?  (Navigator, I-Guide, Passport, Moxi, or SARA?)  What's your location?  City, State, and Zip?

 

If they are working on it, the good news is that there are tickets opened, so they know about it.  Can you record and playback DVR shows?  If not, you might want to talk to someone about getting a credit for this DVR functionality loss after the problem is resolved.  If however, it's just the icon missing, and the functionality of the box is OK otherwise, it is doubtful that Spectrum would provide a credit for a missing graphic.

 

The mods here are very helpful, so they might be able to provide some contact or insight.
