Don't click on the links in the email. I would PM one of the excellent mods here with this concern and they can forward your request to the security department. Are you using your computer or any family members, such as kids downloading questionable files and content?
You can also get or log in to your Twitter account and Follow the @AskSpectrum account. After doing that, send a Direct Message (DM) with your account information and copy the email into the Direct Message.
