Greetings,
Our new guide has a setting to make the menu's easier to see for those with visual challenges or for those with smaller screen or standard definition TV's. To get to and change this setting:
- Press the Settings button on your remote
- Scroll to the High Definition Menu
- Change your Guide setting from High (16x9) to Standard (4x3) in the Menu setting
- Save your changes. The box may take several seconds to adjust to the new setting.
- You should now be able to see the guide in larger print.
Additionally, Spectrum offers services for people with visual impairments such as Big Button Remotes and visual readers. One of our mods may be able to provide a link to this information to help you get the most out of your TV experience.
