Good to see you!  Everyone, you can post your locations here, City, State, and Zip.  That helps us diagnose and troubleshoot if issues may be widespread.  What you should NOT DO, is post any account information on the forums.  You'll need to send a PM to to do that for individualized account issues.  You can also post non-account related information to Twitter's  @Ask_Spectrum page.  (You will need to follow the page to send a Private Message,) (Direct Message) regarding personal account information.  You can also visit Spectrum on Facebook to post questions, but would need to send PM's only for account information, or call Spectrum with issues or questions about your services.
