It sounds like a widespread software update was pushed to Arris boxes that did not take.  Updates are done between 2-5am on Tuesday mornings, so this happened last night.  Please list your state, city, and zip code to report this.  Mods, are there tickets open for any issues with a software update to the boxes or guide last night into this morning?
