I realized that just now, I never answered the subscriber's original question, which was, "How to find out the Titles of the movie's purchased?" Would a call to Customer Care have the information on the subscribers account?
My question would be, what is Spectrum's policy for kids who order movies On Demand without parental consent? Years ago, I recall On Demand Movie fine print from legacy TWC that said "Subscribers are responsible for any and all orders placed." Removal of orders would only be for reception problems with the movie.
Want to also ask the subscriber, how many On Demand purchases are on your bill that you did not know about?
