Businesses, such as schools, hotels, hospitals, and restaurants often have different configurations with cable providers than regular customers. Sometimes even different program guides. Sometimes no program guides. They typically would give you something like an expanded basic package, which would probably be the equivalent of TWC Standard TV or Spectrum Select. No fancy premiums. But they may contractually rent to the business in bulk levels of service. That is providing a standard level of service to many who frequent the business.
Although they often don't get any premium movie channels, I have heard of some hotels that have HBO included with those packages.
