Decades is a sub-channel, since your signals are good and you have rebooted the box, it is either something on Spectrum's end. Or the channel was removed due to a contract dispute.

Tweet to them that Decades TV is missing and ask them to contact the above zip code to see what is happening. Say you have rebooted the box, already had a tech out, and that your signals are good.
