I have had my hd dvr for about 5 months and no issues. Tuesday it powered off and when it came back on the time was wrong and the guide was unavailable. I can access my recordings but since the guide is unavailable nothing new is recorded. We contacted spectrum, who then sent out at tech or then said it was a known issue with our box. We are now on day 4 of it not working. Any one else have this issue or know a way to fix?

They are having similar problems with the Guide not be avaliable for 4-5 days and nothing DVR'able because of this. As an alterative, you could use Spectrum TV as a workaround.
When this gets fixed, call and request a credit for the number of days that you were without DVR service.
