Hi Doc,
When your TV goes out can you describe what happens? Are you getting no picture, snow, pixilation on your picture. If you are getting those things, there is something wrong with your signals, wiring, or drop line. You would need to contract TWC and specify a tech visit for a signal and drop line evaluation. Old wiring, animal chews, problems in the line can cause the above types of picture issues.
Is your box constantly rebooting or losing recordings, this could be a signal related issue as well, but it could also be a bad box. If you have Internet service from TWC copy your signal levels please and Ms. Raye will take a reading, and you can show those levels to the tech.
If you don't have TWC Internet service, I would still contact TWC for a signal and drop line test.
