Old servers and networks, I can't recommend ANY Cable Company email providers.
Spectrum is going to be doing a complete website overhaul. In the meantime, get a pop-up blocker for each of your browsers if you don't already have one, and switch to a Webmail account such as Gmail, Outlook.com or Yahoo Mail. (I recommend Ad Block Plus.) Have only one ad-blocker extension, ( More than one will conflict.)
You also get Online Office suites with Google Drive (Gmail) and Outlook.com (One Drive.) Cable providers were never intended to be email providers, so their email content is often provided "As is" and can be out of date.
ISP email can also change or be discontinued. In contrast, a webmail account, provided that you log in periodically will always be up-to-date, will stay with you for the rest of your life, and can be accessed through any computer or mobile device with a web-browser and Internet connection.
