I would recommend getting a support ticket opened on this through Direct Forum Support.  Please send a PM to  with your name, phone number, and account number mentioning that a line burial has been requested three times and no one has shown.  Please keep communicating with them through this method until this issue is resolved.  Through the Direct Forum, they can look and see what the issues was where the linesperson did not show.  This needs to be resolved.
