Do you mean the Direct Connection as Ms. Raye suggested, or having the tech out to check your signals and drop line as I suggested? I would get a tech out for a signal and drop line check.  If you have had multiple tech visits within the last several months, say more than two for this issue something is still wrong and this needs to be escalated.  I recommend contacting the  through a PM and providing some  account information in that PM.  Please note that if this is a repeat visit for the same issue, try to recall what the first tech said he did and mention this in your message.  Regardless, get a tech out so this can get fixed.  And I would keep a direct line of communication going with the  until this gets resolved.

 

Additionally, you can optionally request signal monitoring on your equipment for specified periods of time to help TWC evaluate signal strength issues.  You can mention this in the Direct Forum PM message as well.
