More information needed:
- Have you rebooted your cable TV boxes, modem, and router? I would do that first.
- Are you completely without CATV and Internet?
- What support networks did you use for assistance? (I.e Spectrum , Facebook, Chat, Twitter, Calling Customer Care?)
- What was the reps response to getting support out to assist?
- Have you tried establishing a different route of support instead to see if an earlier time is available for a tech to be dispatched?
- Does Spectrum Voicemail show an outage in the area?
- Are neighbors also effected?- Auto dispatch is automatically activated when at least six people in the same node, contact Spectrum with the same problem.
- Where are you located? City? State? Zip?
