Is this for a new install, or transfer of all existing services to your new address?  In either case, please contact TWC Help directly so that they can investigate your account directly through this link:   Send a PM to that link with your name, old address, new address, and the account# on your statement.  Mention the services that you are supposed to be receiving at your new location  and find out when the install is scheduled.  Communicate with TWC through this link until this issue is resolved.
