Yes the Arris is one of the newer boxes so you should have the cover art. When you press the On Demand button on your remote, you should be taken to a channel that looks like the picture shown below:
Can you tell us more what you are trying to do? Assuming that you are looking for a specific title, scroll down to search and a keyboard appears. Type what you are looking for and it should show. Or just scroll down through the different On Demand Categories on the left.
The On Line Guide uses the same data, but it seems that you are more comfortable with how that data is organized. I think if you scroll past all the way to the right with the "More" options, that although there will be a list of shows, the cover art still shows when selecting that specific movie or program. (along with the description of the show.)
Anyone have any different ideas for On Demand Searching.
