She finally returns to the counter and says mam I apologize but I cannot take any of your equipment back today because I do not have the correct new modem in stock to give you. Im like what. The system will not let me return your items unless the new modem is scanned into the system. That look on my face again, so your telling me that I've been standing here for over an hour and now I have to carry all this crap back to my car and come back when you have modems in stock. She says yes Mam. I am just livid at this point and said put the stuff back in my box, this is flipping ridiculous as I am walking out of the place, with exactly what I walked into the place with and oh yea paying for 100mbs and only getting 60mbs, when they get new modems in. Most insane thing I've been thru in awhile. How do you let things like this happen. I'm going to pay 86 dollars a month for a service that you don't even have, and how does a store run out of modems and why couldnt I return my items???? Not Happy in Corpus Christi.

I believe you were given incorrect information by the counter rep at the Corpus Christi Office. I would recommend two things:
1.) Send a PM to

If you are still interested in TWC-Spectrum services instead of going through another nightmare experience going to one of the kosick offices, please provide your phone number in the PM and ask a Spectrum Customer Retentions Specialist to contact you regarding the best deal for your needs. Have them call you and review with you the exact services you will be getting and the total monthly charges including equipment fees and taxes. Also, if you are still needing to return equipment, ask if due to your bad experience at the TWC Spectrum Store, if someone could come out and pick up the equipment, and could they please waive the Truck Trip Fee? Insist on a receipt for any equipment exchanged.
