The problems described by both posters indicate an issue with the incoming signal and would require a visit by a tech to check and your drop-line, and very likely the main junction box on your street. Please set up a service call for a signal and drop-line test by sending a PM that includes your account information. (Name, address, phone #, and account number.)
Send this PM with the above information to
Pixilated channels, loss of cable TV, Internet dropping, phone service dropping will need your signals checked and drop-line replaced. Please mention in the work order that you need a signal and drop line check because of Internet disconnects and cable picture drop-outs.
Both customers in this thread, need to get this done.
