TWC has always provided "My Account" (Formerly "My Services") which allows online management of many cable TV, Digital Phone, and Internet Settings through a computer or mobile device.
For customers who are now on Spectrum billing and pricing, are those services still offered? Also, what about "No More Robo" under the "Peace and Quiet" settings for Digital Phone? If activated as a former TWC Customer, does that have to be turned on again if a subscriber is now Spectrum?
