I would contact TWC-Spectrum directly by sending the following in a PM:

 

  • The name on the account
  • Your street address
  • Your phone number
  • Your account #

 

Send this information to the following link:

 

 

Tell your story by copying and pasting the above information in the PM.  Ask them within the PM to make a special note on your account for payment arrangements on which you agree.  Remain using this method of communication, until asked otherwise by the help reps.  This way by replying directly, everyone will know what was said and done.  Maybe you could agree on a partial payment on some kind of installment plan until the bill is paid off. 

 

You need to make sure you are not reported as a delinquent payee during that time.  I hope they can help you!
