Then when on a working on demand channel, hold in the select button for 10 seconds then hit the up arrow.
Post the IB freq and level as well as the OOB tx/ RX freq's and levels
If any of the TX/US is above + 50 dBmv or DS/Rx is out of the -8 to +10 dBmv range or s/n is lower than 30 dB, you'll have issues.
Contact Spectrum for a Signal and Drop line test. Also have them check the main junction box on your street.
Important to note that you have a six tuner box. Spectrum does NOT have 6-tuner boxes in exchanges. Any six-tuner boxes are now only two tuners. Spectrum is moving to a cloud based storage system, but their "World Box", which is a multi-tuner system is not expected to be out before 2018. You may want to ask the tech to keep your existing box.
Ms. Raye and others, I was able to verify that the six-tuner boxes that are in customers homes will be grandfather-claused for those who have legacy TWC accounts. More divisions thankfully are allowing users to keep the six tuner boxes if they switch to a Spectrum account. Speuctrum does not have Whole House DVR, so if you are switching from TWC to Spectrum by making an account change, or any part of your WHDVR breaks, you will have to replace the enhanced DVR's with regular DVR's.
