We still have around 30 ntsc channels here in Cleveland. All the starter and some of the standard tier.
As for techs claiming they can't check no further, that's the cowwards way out... Tech should have escallated this to someone that gives a Darn and gate the customer a ticket number to track progress.
This tech/ subcontractor needs to find a new job or at least get some common sense training from TWC/ Spectrum!
And as for cancelling moms service, when TWC won't talk to you, good luck.
I agree, OP needs to get someone out to look at Mom's account and services. This shoulds like an OTA/TA situation. Send name on account, address, and phone number toThe least she should get is Spectrum Select.
