There are some recommendations:

.) Update your Anti-Virus definitions and run a full scan.  Follow the prompts for what it finds.

.) Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.  (Not the paid or trial version just the free version) and run a scan.  https://www.malwarebytes.com

.)  Download Hitman Pro.  But in the Set up at installation, don't save the copy to your computer.  Uncheck those boxes and just run the scanner only.  https://www.hitmanpro.com/en-us/hmp.aspx

.) Download Adware Cleaner, which is not an anti-virus, but will clean unwanted adware off your computer.  https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner

.)  Change your usernames and passwords for all sites you visit.  Use a combination of numeric and alphanumeric characters, making passwords that are easy to remember (write them down, keep them in a safe place.) but difficult to guess.

.) Contact your bank and other financial institutions stating that your computer may have been hacked and have their security department put a watch on your accounts.

.) Register at .techguy.org which a computer specialist site.  Follow their instructions for posting in their malware removal section.  Let them know the results of all the steps above you should do first.  Follow any additional instructions that they may give to make sure your system and identity is clean.
