What is the make and model of your DVR box? How long have you had the box? When rebooting does not work, you will need to get a tech out so that he can troubleshoot.
You can save calling Customer Care by requesting a truck roll through contacting our Direct Help Support team. Send A PM with your name, address, phone number, and account number at this link.
Please have the Direct Help CSR put a signal and drop line test in the work order. Box swaps will not solve bad signals, or line problems, and the on-site technician will need to check those issues first. The tech will replace the DVR if needed.
