Do you know if they have finally abandoned the SA-models in our area for truck rolls? I had a two-tuner Arris and got a six-tuner Cisco last year with a big promotion with TWC before the merger. (One reason I don't want to switch is, are they letting you keep the Enhanced DVR's in Wisconsin if you change billing plans?) That is what I am trying to find out.
A few years ago, when my SA box was dying, the tech said that they were looking to get rid of them because of their age. He said he had thirteen boxes on his truck and only one was an SA model.
I am concerned that if my six-tuner box dies, the tech is going to bring one of those SA legacy dinosaurs. I really don't want fifteen year old technology back on my account!
