Get your signals and drop line checked. Ask Spectrum to put this on the work order. Arris has a newer DVR, the Arris 3510m and the six tuner Arros 3600m, which is a six-tuner box. However, you will need your signals and line drop checked first. A new box will not solve signal problems. I have a six tuner Cisco 9865 DVR that is also very good.
Don't reboot for at least six hours before having the tech out to check. Rebooting will reset the error codes.
