Dear Spectrum,
Please consider updating your New Guide (ODN Navigator 8.0) page for locations that now have the updated version. I am referring to this URL here:
Another idea that I would have for this page would be a Bug Report Section. This would be a GENERAL COMPOSITE of known bugs that are being worked on for future releases. I realize that it would be impossible for Spectrum to list every little bug , I am not even suggesting this. I am saying that instead of customers having repeat the same issues that others are having in the forum I would suggest the following:
Within the FAQ section about the guide, you could put a Subcatagory that looks someting like this:
Known Bugs:
Incomplete keyboard search listings:
"Spectrum is aware that there are instances were some keyboard query search data is incomplete and is working on a solution."
Year of Movie Listings Data:
"Spectrum is aware that Movie Listing data years may be off give or take a year within some parts of the navigation search system, and is working on a solution."
Using this method of communication, it allows customers and employees to know what issues are being address with the Guide, and people will better know what to expect when using the guide. I think these additions would help a lot of people.
