If this is the second consecutive day, it could be maintenance downtime or an upgrade. I would recommend powering off your cable box and rebooting your converter.
If the problem is not resolved, or comes back, you may have a signal or line problem and would need to contact Spectrum for a signal and drop line test. Your box is likely fine. Guide data not loading is rarely related to the box, and is most often a signal issue, if an update is not involved.
