To assist with communication barriers over the phone, I have found it is helpful to get (or log in with a Twitter Account) to @Ask Spectrum. You will need to follow that account to send Direct Message and get updates. This way, you can reply to each other and have a record of what each person has said. Remember, please use the DM message option only to send any kind of account information.
This community forum also has a Help option where you can reach out privately to the moderators for questions or issues about your services. This is another good option, because you have typed written communications and can convey much easier what is being said. Both methods are very helpful!
