Are you a legacy TWC customer, or a current Spectrum cster according to your billing statement? It sounds like the contract with legacy TWC for Military History Channel expired and Spectrum has moved it into the Spectrum Gold package. It sounds like in order to get that channel, you would need to do one of two things:
1.) Upgrade to Spectrum Gold, which is all the channels in the Spectrum line-up plus all the Premium Movie Channels. This is a Triple Play Package which includes TV, Internet, and Phone service.
OR.
2.) Update to Spectrum Digi Tier 1 and Digi Tier 2 packages, which includes all the channels in Spectrum Gold minus the premium movie channels.
IMPORTANT- if you have legacy TWC and are happy with your service combinations, don't switch! You cannot go back to TWC billing if you do that. The codes are out of the system. There are about five to eight channels that one line up has that the other doesn't and vice versa.
How long have you been without the Military History Channel?
