Where are you located? City, State, and zip? Get a Twitter account or login to Twitter. Than follow the @Ask Spectrum account. Provide some account information in a Direct Message (DM Private Message) to Spectrum. Get everyone else with On Demand Problems to do the same on their Twitter accounts.
It seems to be the fastest way to get responses.
