Channel unavailable" messages, assuming you are referring to the cable box, which occur repeatedly, usually mean poor signals from the main drop line outside the home or relay problems with the server. You need to contact Spectrum for a signal and drop line test. Avoid resetting your boxes or any other equipment for at least six hours before your appointment. Box resets will rest the error codes and the tech needs to see them. Rarely is this a box issue. Tune to the channel that is most problematic when the tech is there to take a signal reading. Your drop line may need to be replaced. The junction box on your street should also be checked. If you have signal splitters, remove them, as they can reduce signal quality by 50% or more.
