Hi,
You need a tech out to check your signals and drop line. Bad signals and a bad drop line will not be solved by a swapped box. Don't reset any equipment for six hours prior to your appointment. This resets the signal error codes to zero, and you don't want that.
If it's not a signal or drop line issue, the box will likely need to be replaced.
