Spoke to customer service who confirmed it was not on my plan anymore due to some Viacom contractual issues. I could bump up to the Gold plan if I wanted it, they mentioned.
I took a look at the channel listing and all the plans appear to have changed. No more Gold, Silver, etc, now it's Starter, Standard, and Preferred.
In my Account, I see that my TV services are showing
BASIC TV SERVICE
CINEMAX
DIGI TIER 1
DVR SERVICE
EXPANDED BASIC SERVICE
HBO
LEGACY VIACOM CHANNEL
SHOWTIME
SPECTRUM RECEIVER
SPECTRUM RECEIVER
Now I'm really confused. What channels are on BASIC SERVICE and/or EXPANDED BASIC SERVICE? What's LEGACY VIACOM CHANNEL?
Hello,
To get the Gold Package, that gives you all the premium channels, plus everything in Digi Tier 1 and Digi Tier 2 It looks like you may need to add Digi Tier 2 to Digi Tier 1 to get the missing channels.
Combining Digi Tier 1/2 gives you Spectrum Gold without the premium movie channels.
Preferred TV package is legacy TWC's line up that is similar to Spectrum Digi Pack 1 and Digi Pack 2 combined. If you switch from a TWC legacy plan to a Spectrum plan, you can't go back to a TWC plan. TWC codes once changed, are out of the billing system.
