it has been hours and not internet wifi.  Internet has been out often past two months.  TWC refuses to offer customers an online status report for outages.  we have to look at Twitter to find out or search downconverter.com which relies on FB messages.

BIG expensive ad campaign about the NEW TWC, but it really is the same old TWC.  Management is still trying to get by without server investment awaiting completion of Charter merger and big exit deal bonuses.  but TWC will not spend on what is needed to keep customers connected.  and they will get away with that it appears. Charter wants TWC and will not call TWC management on material adverse change to reprice the deal.  the customers are the ones who suffer while the deal makers have their way.  and the FCC is powerless to advocate for customers who suffer in the limbo of waiting for the merger to close

Hi Biship,

In our market here in Wisconsin, TWC has continued with the Maxx Update and Charter has said those areas will continue to expand regardless of the merger, we are getting big speed boosts.  However, what's important to you is your service downtime and getting that fixed. When you call TWC, is there a Voicemail message about an outage in your area?  If not, and this continues, I would get a tech out to check your Internet signals and drop line.  Unless there is nightime maintenance, which is supposed to be on the Viocemail, your Internet should be up and working.

Send a PM with your name, phone number and account # to ,  They will get a support ticket open on this.  I would request a tech visit in your PM for a signal evaluation and drop line test.  Mention any other services you have such as Cable TV or Digital Phone, and how are they working?  All of this could be signal or drop-line related.
