I have signal issues every week. I've had this issues ever since Time Warner was the provider. I never see a credit from you all for not having service and having to spend all this time trying to correct these issues but, if my payment is late you always charge me late fees. Do you think thisis fair? You are a major company with bad business skills.

Hi Randal,

Signal issues would require a service call to Spectrum.  This would begin by doing a signal and drop line test.  The main drop line is the first thing to be examined for corrosion, animal chews and ingress (static noise) on the line.  You may also have inside the home wiring issues that need to be updated.  A new or swapped cable box will never solve bad signal issues.

When you set up that service call, avoid resetting your boxes, modems, or routers for at least six hours.  Doing so will reset the error codes and the tech needs to take a reading of those signal levels.

Signal level tests and the repairing of the wiring will improve all of your services that you have from Spectrum.  Call Spectrum to set up the signal and drop line check, and remember, don't reboot anything for six hours before your appointment,  You can also mention to the tech the worst most pixilated stations when the tech is there.  It should be easy to get this fixed.
