Are you on legacy TWC billing or Spectrum billing? Legacy TWC only goes up to 60mgs. Spectrum Internet goes to 100mgs or more depending on area. You will also need a DocSis 3.0 or higher modem to get the faster speeds.
Use caution if you are on a legacy TWC plan, especially a TV Triple Play package. You can never ever go back to TWC billing once switching to Spectrum billing because TWC codes will be out of the system if you switch. Many TV stations that were a part of legacy TWC plans, such as Digital Variety Pass or Preferred TV, may require Spectrum Gold or combining Spectrum Digital Pack 1 and Digital Pack 2 services to get them. Digital Pack 1 and 2 combined is Spectrum Gold without any premium channels. Spectrum Gold is all the channels plus all the premium movie channels. Note that foreign language channels may still be extra.
If Internet is your only Spectrum service, and you need the added speed, make sure you have the prerequisite modem and than, you can upgrade your Internet speed. If you have Wireless Internet, a series N router or better is recommended for best dynamic signal range.
