The only good new features on this box I've found is the ability to have on demand content show up in searches, and to delete large chunks of content off the DVR at once, but it's a big trade off to losing the recording options I depended on. Personally, I would prefer to have the functions that were lost vs. the new features gained with the new box.
I love the new guide features!
They make the box look more modern like the Advanced Search, Movie and Show cover Art, the On-Demand Portal and the new DVR Manager are very good! However, I don't do any series recording, so hopefully the ability to record series will be improved with a future update. But please don't lose the modern features of the box!
