Best to go into the local office.
Guessing you are served from Florence's Bryson Rd. office also? Address should be on the back of your bill, just below the breakdown of your monthly charges.
If you have never been there, it is on the Burger King side of the neighborhood behind the Family Worship center on South Cashua. If you are coming from 2nd Loop, there is a side street on the right beside the church after the long curve from the Shell station where they are ripping up the road that cuts across Forest Lake and heads towards Savannah Grove. Bryson is the first stop sign of that side street and the office is to the left. Note the Forest Lake side of that light is closed off atm because of the construction, so would have to take the long way around. Can also take Hobart Dr. (sort of across from BDS) to come through the back side of the neighborhood if you are coming down W. Palmetto. They are there until 7pm Monday through Friday, and 5pm on Saturdays.
The local office will likely have several options for you to manage the video side... May have some time limited discounting they can do for the internet too. They usually have options you will never find on the website... but you need to go there and talk to them. Just take your bill with you and they will work things out... They are real easy to work with.
End of last year, I cut over to 60mbps internet with a decent sized streaming option (got Rokus on sale during Black Friday) and the bills were just under $100. Think it was around 60 channels total... more or less a basic broadcast tier with most all the key channels minus Fox News and BBC America? Forget exactly... it also had all the locals, including the subchannels like the 15.2 WPDE weather streams, Comet, MyTV, Bounce, etc. They have since upgraded the main internet plan to 100mbps now with no price increase, so the offers are an even better value now.
As usual, YMMV depending on how much bandwidth you need and whether you want to go the streaming or broadcast route. You will need some specific hardware for the broadcast tiers now that they have gone full digital, but for the streaming you just need one of the popular set top box solutions for each TV (Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, or a supported Smart TV). Just plan to spend a little time going over what you think you need and they will find a way to work it out. Can't say enough about how patient and helpful those guys were when we went in there. It was well worth the trip across town for us.
Yes,
Keep in mind that if you switch to Spectrum billing, you can't go back to legacy TWC, because the codes are out of the system. Based on customer feedback, going to a Spectrum office would be a better option than calling.
