But I can no longer find the movie Ratatouille since is has been removed from the On Demand selection (a day after I complained).
So Spectrum is not responsible for putting content in their On Demand section?
Hi CrowJoe,
Glad the objectionable movie was removed! You are correct, The host stations put their On Demand content out to all the providers. If you have an objection about a station's On Demand Content , you must contact the host station. Spectrum is only responsible for broadcasting the content given to them by the station's On Demand counterparts
Gracenote provides the listing data for Spectrum and other TV vendors around the country for the guides. Spectrum can only assist on the cable TV end of things, with signals, lines, or box problems, not the data coming from the stations themselves.
However, Spectrum does provide parental control options on all of their devices. If you are interested in how that works, post back and I or someone else can show you how to set up Parental Control options.
Just curious, to whom did you complain about the movie?
