I would say that if this is not cleared up by tomorrow get a tech out to check your signals and drop line, Yesterday, Spectrum was doing something in my neighborhood because both my modem and router were rebooting for about 20 minutes at the same time. Today, really good, So that's why I would recommend a day wait.
Do you own your own router or rent from Spectrum if you have WI-FI? If the tech checks your signals and lines and they are good, you might need to look at replacing the router,
