If this issue persists. I would contact TWC to get a tech out.  Mention your Internet dropping daily. There could be bad weather that happened not too long ago, causing problems with your signals or drop line.  Get a signal and line test request in the work order.  You can always request help through  via PM.  If you go through the PM Forums help, give them your name, account number, and phone number.  If you have a tech come out, please show him this page with the signal levels so that he can assist.
