The big problem with this process for cable channels is that there is almost NEVER any direct support staffed with a knowledgeable person, Especially their 'social media'. The latter is stuffed with noise from inarticulate smartphone users. Local OTA stations are usually better but still lacking.
BTW F.O.D. may be saving the Graham Norton Show on BBC America.
----------------------------------If episodes are missing from the On Demand line-up, and they have not shown within say seven days of the original program air-date, subscribers of ALL rented vendors (Not just TWC/Charter) should email, or contact the station through any phone or social media outlet to inquire about the missing On Demand content. When contacting the station you should always provide:
- Your name
- Email Address
- TV Provider
- Show Name Missing From On Demand
- Episode Name- or at least the week the episode was set to air. You may need to look this up on line. IMDB.com is a good reference for shows
- Phone number if listed on the contact forum.
The best way to contact the station for inquires about missing On Demand Shows is through the stations web-site, and fill out the "Contact Us" forum.
I agree with TWC90250,
Sadly, that's just the way big businesses and the Internet are today most of the time.
