Sup all?
On both my Windows 8.1 laptop and Windows 10 deskop, I get a "We are unable to complete your request at this time due to a system error..." about 60% of the time on log out. I have not tested other browsers such as MS Edge often enough, and I don't have Google Chrome installed on either PC. I have attached a photo.
