I called the number, and we were transfered three times, then told we were getting the best deal and they don't know what I am talking about on the gift card.

So many customers have had problems with this gift card offer. (Do a forum search for the gift card topics) that TWC really should consider dropping the promotion. It has been a nightmare for many people.

A lot of the TWC promotions have been really nice, and we have had cable for over twenty five years. Unfortunately, the gift card promotion is so confusing that it makes TWC look bad.
