All the things you are describing are the result of bad signals related to poor wiring or a bad drop line. You should contact TWC and specifically request a signal and drop-line test on a service call work order. Make sure the tech does not just replace the box and leave, as a new box won't solve bad signals and wiring issues. The first order of business is to do a signal evaluation and check your drop line.
In the rare instance that your signals or wiring are good, (Very unlikely in this case,) the tech will than replace the box. If you would rather avoid having to call Customer Care, you can always send a PM with your name, phone #, and account information to
