There're problems all over the country. Dispatch is working on this big time. This is due to record-breaking cold causing cable lines to become brittle and snap. Some areas are without power completely.
It might be a little slower because of the number of people involved statewide, in addition to the safety concerns of the tech crews in these horrid conditions.
I had slowness last night. No disconnect. Speed is back up in Brookfield Wisconsin. I would expect most areas to be restored by this evening.
If you have been out of service for a day or more, you can contact Spectrum for billing credits for the number of days without service. (Wait till service comes back and calculate the number of days missed.) You will need to allow between 5-10 business days for your accounts to be credited.
