Hi Clear,
Pixilation is an issue with an inside or outside wiring or line problem, or even something such as the main junction box on your street. No box swap will ever solve this. Even splitters can cause this issue by severely reducing signal strength.
You will need to contact Spectrum for a signal and drop line test as well as a check of the wiring connections inside and outside the home. The tech should also check the main junction box on your street. To prepare, do not reboot any boxes, modems, or routers for at least six hours prior to your service call. Reboots of equipment will force the signal error codes back to zero and by doing that, no error is found when there really could be an issue on the lines or in the wiring.
When the tech comes, I would recommend two things:
1.) A tune to the channel where the pixilation occurs
2.) Also, a signal reading of any On Demand channel. On Demand channels are often the most problematic with signal strength and this will give the tech two CATV check points.
