With regards to the OP's concern,
Today, in my market (Metro-Milwaukee Wisconsin) October 26, 2016) NFL Football keyboard search listings correctly show a bunch of NFL Football games when NFL Football is keyed for the search.
When doing an NBA Basketball keyboard search, only one basketball game still shows. All showings when selected only show replay times of that game.
A workaround is to do the following:
B-search for Basketball
Look for Genre in the search listings with a Folder that says NBA Basketball go to that
Scroll through the listings until you see your game.
The NBA Basketball query is still screwed up on the keyboard search with the one game example I have described above. (A Milwaukee Bucks game shows.) NBA Basketball query should be showing all NBA games for the next two weeks. I wanted to point out that the missing games are still there, they are just only in the Genre search for NBA Basketball in the NBA Basketball folder.
Charter is going to be working with TWC-Spectrum to standardize all listing data across boxes, computers, mobile applications to prevent these kinds of things from happening through the months and coming years. The goal here is that over time you will see the exact same listing data no matter how you search for that data across devices.
