When you call to cancel the tv service tell them you need to have someone come out to pick up the box.  I think that is your only option, unless they offer something like UPS or mail service pickup. They should tell you when you call to change your plan.

I would provide some account information to  and ask for someone to come out.  There might be a Truck Trip charge, but if you have a good record with TWC-Spectrum with your account, you may want to ask if they could waive the Truck Trip Fee for you, just state that you don't drive and it's many miles to the nearest TWC Office.  Hopefully you can get a nice agent that can help with this!

 

Two points:

 

1.) Stay with the TWC-Sectrum Direct Forum method at the link above so that everyone can see and reply to all communications.  If you call or use Chat, I dread the conversation that might be, "Oh, there's no record of returned wquipment in the system."  The Direct Help link will prevent that.

 

2.) Insist on a receipt for returned equipment and make a copy for your records.  This is for proof that your final bill notice will show that everything has been paid, and if there is still an equipment charge, you will have that receipt.
