How did you get this letter?  (Snail Mail?  Email etc)  It sounds suspicious.  I would send a PM to  with this story.  Please give your name and account information through this PM link.  Ask TWC-Spectrum to contact the Marketing Department and reply back to you if this is legit.  If it is not, please have them check your account for any recent activity for about the last 30-60 days, just to make sure you are not a victim of fraud.

 

If you got this letter via email and the TWC support people through the PM say this is a scam, you should go to your email Inbox and put a check mark by the letter and report it as Spam.  This allows the email system to learn scams of this nature, and helps keep Spam out of your inbox.

 

If the letter IS legit, which I doubt, TWC will contact you through the PM response system to let you know this, and if you qualify.  Submit this to the Support Help team at the link above so that an investigation ticket can be opened.
